Common house rules

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in any of the housing cooperative's indoor common areas, i.e. attic, cellar, garage, elevators, laundry rooms and bicycle basements and stairwells, the front and the main stairs.

Loud music and noise

It is expected to take maximum account of other residents, so none are bothered by noise from neighbours. The use of radio, TV, music systems and instruments must be made with due consideration to other residents.

There should be no noise in the time frame from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

If you on special occasions want to play loud music after hours, always leave an early warning on the boards in the stairwells – remember the adjacent stairwells. Always leave a clear sender and phone number on the note.

Windows and balcony doors must be closed when playing loud music.

Using drills and noisy tool is only permitted between the hours 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM and should be minimized.

Washing machines and the like must be installed by a qualified electrician. These must not be a nuisance to other residents.

As a resident or renter you have to be responsive to any complaints from neighbours.

Common facilities and areas

By the use of common facilities, such as the laundry room, residents’ room, and the like, the Board's instructions must always be followed.

If a resident causes damage to the housing cooperative's properties, possessions or inventory, it will be replaced by the responsible person by the cost of the renovation.

Lifts/Elevators

  2. Wait two seconds
  3. Press the desired floor number and the elevator starts again
